Platinum Combo Plan

The Platinum Combo Plan has low Co-Pays for services such as office visits and specialist, urgent care, and cover  preventive care with no deductible to be met. This plan design also includes a GAP plan which will help individuals who are admitted to the hospital or have an outpatient surgery with no money out of pocket. This is our most popular plan due to the GAP coverage providing another layer of protection.
